Shipping Information
We work very hard to ensure that you get your Austin Air air purifier as quickly as possible. The majority of Austin Air orders ship directly from the manufacturer in Buffalo, NY. We stock select Austin Air models in our Atlanta warehouse.
For customers ordering from the lower 48 states, you will receive free shipping on any of the air purifiers. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally must pay for shipping and handling costs. Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Over 80% of Austin Air Purifier shipments arrive within 3 business days from the date they leave the warehouse.
Orders for Austin Air Purifiers received before 12:00 p.m. EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will ship the next business day. Austin Air orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.
If you provide us with an email address when you place your order, we will provide you with tracking information after 5 pm on the day your air purifier ships.
For faster shipping options such as overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day delivery, please call us toll free Monday - Friday at 1-888-831-0118 for a shipping quote. Please note that due to the weight and size of Austin Air Purifiers expedited shipping is very expensive. We charge shipping and handling costs.
Because UPS only delivers on weekdays, your expedited order may arrive later than you expect. For example, a UPS 2nd Day order placed before 12 pm EST on a Thursday will not arrive until Monday. Orders placed after 12 pm EST on Friday will not ship until Monday. Please note that certain holidays may also delay the arrival of your order.
Returns Policy
Returns are easy! We are proud to offer high quality products at reasonable prices. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We sincerely believe our products improve the lives of allergy and asthma sufferers. We encourage you to try an Austin Air Purifier and experience better, healthier breathing.
- You can try the product for up to 60 days from the date of purchase and return it for a refund if you are not satisfied.
- Any product that is new (unused) and in re-sellable condition with the original packaging can be returned for up to 365 days from the date of purchase.
- If a product is defective or malfunctions, we will have it replaced or repaired at no charge for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Items found to be defective beyond 60 days will be serviced by Austin Air through your product’s warranty.
Return Instructions
- Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by calling us at 1-888-831-0118.
- You will need to provide us with the Serial Number for your machine. The Serial Number is on the back of the unit.
- All returned items must be in the original packaging and include all manuals and accessories.
- Include a copy of your receipt with the returned item.
- Write your RA Number on a copy of the original invoice.
- You can use your original box, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
- Write your RA# on the shipping label.
- Outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Cancellations
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will do all we can to cancel the order, but if this is not possible, you are liable for all shipping and handling charges (including promotional outbound shipping) and return shipping.
Orders Refused on Delivery
If you have refused your order upon delivery, you will be liable for outbound shipping (including promotional shipping) and return shipping plus a 15% restock fee.
